The Ethics Committee
The Ethics Committee of the University of Medicine and Pharmacy of Tîrgu Mureș operates under the provisions of Education Act no. 1/ 2011 and Law no. 206/ 2004 regarding the conduct in scientific research, technological development and innovation, as amended and supplemented. The Ethics Committee analyses and solves complaints on deviations from academic and research ethics in the shortest time of their receipt. Following the investigations and deliberations, the Committee shall prepare a written report containing the decisions of the Committee regarding the solutions to the complaints of breaches of The Code of Ethics and Professional Conduct. These decisions are approved by the legal advisor of the university and a report is submitted to the Rector stipulating the appropriate measures to be taken. Subsequently, the Rector orders the implementation of the penalty within 30 days of its establishment.
