What does it mean to be an Erasmus student?

  • You can study at least one semester at a university participating in the LLP, with which the University of Medicine and Pharmacy of Târgu Mureș has signed a bilateral agreement;

  • You receive a scholarship, the amount of which depends on the duration of the mobility. This is a co-financed scholarship which is granted in Romania (the University of Medicine and Pharmacy of Târgu Mureș);

  • All the students are encouraged to experience a wealth of study or practice abroad during their undergraduate years. Therefore, the University of Medicine and Pharmacy of Târgu Mureș grants additional financial assistance apart from the Erasmus scholarship;

  • No registration fees, tuition or examination fees to be paid to the university chosen for the mobility;

  • All the courses taken which are included in the Learning Agreement are recognised according to the Regulation on the recognition of studies;

  • On arrival, you submit an activity report together with the certificate of attendance and the transcript of records with the marks and the number of credits obtained.

Criteria for Erasmus eligibility

  • You have to be enrolled at a university that is part of the Erasmus programme (undergraduate student, master’s student, doctoral student);

  • No failed exams, good results;

  • To be chosen by your university for an Erasmus scholarship.
