Outgoing Staff

Erasmus Staff Mobilities for Training (STT) are mobilities for the non-didactic staff of the university, as well as for the didactic staff with administrative functions from UMFST G.E. Palade Tg. Mures.

The mobility has a length of 5 days and can be carried out at a partner university with which the BA specifies distinct places for staff training (the list is available here ) or at any organization/ institution in the field of education or which is active in the EU labour market.

Their aim is to help perfect the professional abilities and competences of the university staff, as well as their linguistic abilities, thus contributing to the internationalization of the university.
