The opening ceremony of the new academic year 2021-2022

George Emil Palade University of Medicine, Pharmacy, Science, and Technology of Targu Mures (UMPhST) invites members of the academic community and first year students from the faculties of Medicine, Medicine in English, Dentistry, Pharmacy, Engineering and Information Technology, ”Petru Maior” Sciences and Letters, and Economics and Law to participate at the opening ceremony of the new academic year.
The festivity will take place on September 19th, 2021, at 7 p.m. (EEST), at the Great Hall of the Palace of Culture from Targu Mures. 
The organization of the event will be held in compliance with the epidemiological health and safety regulations.
Access is allowed only for the first year students, proving the condition of being included in one of the following situations:
- Proof of full vaccination against the SARS-CoV-2 virus, for which 10 days have passed since the completion of the complete vaccination schedule;
- A negative result of a RT-PCR test not older than 72 hours or a certified negative result of a rapid antigen test, not older than 24 hours;
- Proof of a previous infection with the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus, between the 15th and the 90th day after confirmation of SARS-CoV-2 virus infection.
